Happy Earth Day folks.

Did you know it was started in 1970? That's older than me!

This photo (taken by me, and i'm pretty chuffed with it 😉) was taken in the harbour where I live, and is a local beauty spot.

The community and local council work really hard to keep it litter free, and provide enough disposal points. But seeing what the tide brings in each day is eye opening. I grumble a lot about single use plastic, especially when it's used to wrap vegetables in supermarkets, it just seems mad to me. But the things I see wash up most often is plastic bottle tops, from coke, fanta and milk. So we collect and recycle them, there are lots of collection points across the UK. But if you're interested, here's my closest one. I'm sure there's similar things all over the UK
